Nutri-system is another of the most recognizable celebrity diets. Marie Osmond is their current spokesperson, after losing 50 pounds on the diet just a few years ago. Nutri-System focuses on eating low GI foods and portion control.

This is one of the most popular extreme weight loss celebrity diets in Hollywood. Though no celebrity has officially endorsed it, it is said to have been used by Beyonce and other celebrities to lose weight quickly.

Over the years, several celebrities, including the Duchess of York and Jenny McCarthy, have endorsed Weight Watchers. Weight Watchers is one of the safest and most sensible diet plans out there. It focuses on portion control and healthy eating, resulting in slow, maintainable weight loss.
Their current spokesperson is Jennifer Hudson, who recently lost more than 30 pounds with the celebrity diet.
5. The Best Life Diet Used By Oprah Winfrey
Oprah Winfrey has been primarily responsible for the success of Personal Trainer and Nutritionist Bob Greene’s Best Life Diet. Oprah famously lost weight on this celebrity diet, and made Greene a star.
She has continued to sometimes struggle with her weight, but goes back to this plan of holistic health, diet and exercise to get back on track. Greene’s celebrity diet focuses on eating whole foods, eliminating processed foods, watching fats and focusing on healthy carbohydrates.
Though there is no guarantee that you’ll lose weight on any of these celebrity diets, it does make us feel better knowing that someone has lost weight on a diet before we try it.
